Data Collection
Personal data such as names, identification numbers, addresses, contact details and information submitted via online forms are collected only when necessary for service delivery and with consent where required by law.
Selected English interface. Some documents are available in Thai only while translations are being prepared.
Purpose of Use
Data is used for public service delivery, responding to requests, coordination, preparing statistics and improving service quality. Additional consent will be sought if new purposes arise.
Disclosure
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law, explicitly consented to by the data subject or shared under equivalent security safeguards.
Data Subject Rights
Data subjects may request access, copies, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection in accordance with the PDPA via the municipal request centre or by emailing dpo@phsmun.go.th.
Security Measures
Technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption, access control and periodic vulnerability testing, are in place to prevent unauthorised access.
